White-Label Reports
Put your agency's own logo, colour and name on the compliance documents your clients see —
so the proof you deliver looks like your work, not ours.
Available on: Veteran Plan only
What you can customise:
- ✅ Your logo on every report and document
- ✅ Your brand colour on headers and tables
- ✅ Your brand name in place of ours
- ✅ A custom footer note (e.g. your contact details)
What this is not: white-label applies to the
documents you export,
not to the On Air Proof portal itself or a custom domain. Your team still signs in at
onairproof.com — it's the reports going out to your clients that carry your brand.

Set It Up
- Sign in and open Branding in the sidebar (Veteran accounts only).
- Upload your logo — PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 2 MB.
- Pick your brand colour — used for report headers and table accents.
The live preview updates as you choose.
- Set your brand name (optional) — defaults to your company name.
- Add a footer note (optional) — e.g. "Prepared by Your Agency · media@youragency.com".
- Click Save Branding. Every report you generate from that moment carries it.
There's nothing to configure per report — set it once and it applies everywhere.
Where Your Branding Appears
| Document | Branded? | Why |
| Schedule Log — Print / PDF |
Yes |
Your main compliance report: booked vs aired vs missed. This is the one clients read. |
| Purchase Order |
Yes |
Issued by your agency to a station, so it carries your letterhead. |
| Certificate of Transmission |
Station's brand |
This mirrors what the station issues — it carries the station's letterhead by design. |
| Certificate of Airplay Verification |
On Air Proof |
Issued by On Air Proof as the independent monitor — its value depends on being ours.
It certifies what we detected, and is not a regulatory approval. |
The Verification Line
Every branded report keeps one discreet line at the foot:
"Independently verified by On Air Proof."
That line is deliberate, and it works in your favour. Your client's confidence comes from the fact
that the airplay data was captured by an independent third party — not by the agency
being paid for the campaign, and not by the station being checked. Remove it and the report becomes
a self-report, which is exactly the thing your client is paying you to avoid.
FAQ
Not today. White-label covers the reports you export, not the portal itself — you and your
team still sign in at onairproof.com. If a custom domain matters to your business, tell us at
support@onairproof.com; demand is how we decide what to build next.
No. You export a PDF or CSV and send it to them. They never touch the platform.
Any time, from the Branding page. Changes apply to reports generated afterwards; documents
you already exported keep the branding they were created with.
Your settings are kept, but reports revert to standard On Air Proof branding until you
return to Veteran.
